The resins

Marble resin A marble resin is a polymeric product (natural, artificial or synthetic) that is a basic material for the manufacture of plastics, textiles, paints (liquid or powder), adhesives, varnishes, polymer foams, etc. It can be thermoplastic or thermosetting. A solid or semi-fluid, vitreous, flammable, water-insoluble, yellow or brown-coloured organic substance, spontaneous or induced exudation of certain plants, particularly conifers and terebinthaceous plants (this substance extracted from pine and fir).   We don’t say “plastics”anymore, we say “resin.” In a reinforced plastic material, marble resin, also known as a matrix, is a very fluid or highly viscous matrix, used as a binder to make contact between the various reinforcing particles, such as fibres, balls or microspheres (small spherical geometry particle with a diameter of the order of one micrometer[between 1 µm and 1 mm]. The micro-spheres are sometimes called “micro-particles” or “microbead” of glass. For example, SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) prepregs include polyester resin, reinforcement (matt, fabric or fibre), fillers and a pre-mixed catalyst (hardener). This ready-moulded mixture for hot compression molding is in sheet form. Since the term “plastic” has a pejorative connotation for some consumers, the word “resin” is often used by manufacturers in place of “plastic” and marble resin follows the same logic. The SPI coding system for the identification of resins is a code developed in 1988 by the Society of the Plastics Industry to facilitate the sorting and recycling of plastic bottles and containers. It is adopted in Germany as DIN 6120, then in Europe, […]

The marble aggregates

Marble aggregates are naturally eroded to remove sharp edges and make the soft contact under the feet. The decorative marble aggregates of the RESIMARMO® range are extraordinarily resistant to mechanical stresses. The reflections of each of the shades will allow you to create unique surfaces both in pedestrian and pedestrian way. All these products available in washed and dried (PREMIUM), are compatible for the realization of drainage floors in aggregates plus resin. These mineral aggregates are very luminous because marble is a material that reflects a lot of light. Your mineral space will therefore be considerably cleared with this type of aggregate. These products, once washed and dried in suitable large drums which can contain several tons, are compatible for producing asphalt mixes. These decorative aggregates semi rolled in large mechanical drums are products of our own manufacture, therefore 100% Italian ! Their rounded shape gives them a very pleasant softness under the feet. These aggregates are mostly made of marble, and are the most requested by all of our customers. You have below a wide choice of colors for the realization of your outer mineral space, inside the house as in the garden. The richness and nuances of colors will allow you to create an original space, the only limits will be “your imagination”. The whole of our collection consists of Marble and of quartz. The Quartz aggregates are mainly used to make figures embedded in the marble aggregates. Practically everything you want is possible, from […]

Floor Covering Installation

The RESIMARMO® product is composed of two main products, first of all aggregates (or granulates) of marbles         then  the RESIFIX marble resin. They are mixed during laying. They have been carefully selected in order to provide complete security for interior and exterior floors. RESIFIX is a single component product. It is a liquid elastomeric polyurethane binder, aliphatic, moisture curing and solvent, and finally it is cold-processable. The compound “well dosed” with a natural mineral grain, produces a paste that allows the realization of coatings for floors. The final surface is a compound without fittings, flexible and resistant to cracking. The different tones of the aggregates make it possible to obtain multiple chromatic effects. RESIMPER is also a single-component, ready-to-use product also applied cold. It is presented in liquid form, in contrast to the hardened state it creates as a continuous pavement membrane. Without joints and overlaps it does not fear moisture. RESIPRIMER is a bi-adhesive epoxy component in an aqueous dispersion. It is used as a floor preparation for the RESIMARMO® line, also based on polyurethane resin. RESIPROTEC is a stable and transparent product. It has a high shock performance, similar to a moisture curing component. In addition, the quality of the aliphatic polyurethane resin provides high UV resistance. It is a product for solid and flexible coatings with high resistance to abrasion and wear. In addition it is not sensitive to chemicals, dilute solutions of acids and bases. Finally chlorinated water, salt, fuels and lubricants of all […]

Prices

The prices   The prices are freely determined by the professionals. Information on the price of a product or service is therefore of primary importance to the consumer, who must be able to choose with full knowledge of the facts and to play the competition. The price, expressed as a reference amount (usually monetary), is the translation of the compensation that an operator is willing to hand over to another in return for the transfer of a good or a service. The price measures the market value of a transaction and is one of its essential elements. Information on prices is mandatory Since 1 January 1987, all prices are free, with few exceptions, where competition is non-existent or insufficient: certain public transport, taxis, regulated gas and electricity tariffs, special cases of books, etc. Prices are subjective and are strongly influenced by the value each gives to the things, products or services they need based on their utility for a specific moment in life. The principle The prices of products or services available for sale, as well as the particular conditions of the sale and performance of services, must be legible and understandable, therefore visible, expressed in euro and including all taxes. “Information on prices is compulsory regardless of the form of sale: in-store, remote (correspondence, teleshopping, internet), outside commercial premises (at home, in unusual places of sale, etc…)” The trader has an obligation to inform the consumer before concluding the contract of sale: He must be able to know the […]
